The Chamber is offering two Next Level Business Builder Sessions designed to help exhibitors plan for a trade show. Workshop will focus on pre-show publicity, working the floor, and post-show follow-up.

Booth InformationChoose your exhibit space online—register early, exhibit space is distributed on a first come, first served basis. Register today!
- 6' x 8' exhibit space with or without 6' skirted table
- Wireless Internet access - $25 non-refundable connection fee
- Professional pipe and drape provided
- 7" x 44" identification sign provided
- Electricity - Some restrictions apply
- $25 in advance; $75 after October 14
- No lighting over 150 watts total for each booth. If booth lighting is necessary, use CFL (fluorescent), or LED
- No electric food warmers. (exceptions may be granted when the booth location is near the exit and the exhibitor provides their own generator outside)
- Turn off equipment when not in use
- When possible, use lower power laptop computers instead of desktop
- Best locations if you require electricity are the booths around the perimeter, spaces 36-49 and 50-63.
- Adherence to these guidelines improves the availability and reliability of electricity for all exhibitors. Availability and reliability of electricity is NOT guaranteed.
Exhibitors will have access to the facility between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to set-up their booths and any other display needed for the event.
Network with your fellow exhibitors at the Exhibitor Reception From 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 3:55 p.m. at the main entrance
Exhibitors must be set up by 3:00 p.m. to be included in the "Best Booth" Contest. There will be a winner in three (3) different categories:
- Most Creative
- Best Marketing Message
- Best Overall
Award recipient will receive a certificate as well as a "Spotlight on Business" article in the Chamber's at Prince William Chamber segment in PW business Magazine.
CostMembers: $425.00 Non-members: $850.00
PaymentTo secure your exhibit space, payment must accompany your registration form. You may pay online at our secure site when registering. If you do not wish to pay online, call Anita Duecaster at 703-368-6600 ext 1874 immediately after you submit the registration form.
We must receive proof of payment or check within seven (7) business days from the date of registration. If we do not receive proof of payment or check within seven (7) business days, we reserve the right to re-sell the booth.
CancellationsYou will be entitled to a refund of your registration payment, minus a $25 processing fee, until October 1, 2011. No refunds will be given on or after October 1, 2011. You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your exhibit registration.
