On September 9th, the Chamber is offering a noontime Speaker Series designed to help exhibitors successfully "work" a trade show, including the all-important FOLLOW-UP. Unload and load at the side door. There is plenty of parking available. Come early for the closest parking spot.

Exhibitors will have access to the facility between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to set their booths and any other display needed for the event.

$300 for Chamber members; $600 for non-nembers.

To secure your exhibit space, payment must accompany your registration form. You may pay online when registering, or if you do not wish to pay online, call Kris Welsh at 703-368-6600, ext. 15 when you submit the registration form. We must receive proof of payment or check within seven (7) business days from the date of registration. If we do not receive proof of payment or check within seven (7) business days, we reserve the right to re-sell the booth.

You will be entitled to a refund of your registration payment, minus a $25 processing fee, until October 8, 2004. No refunds will be given on or after October 8, 2004.
