a noontime Brown Bag Series with tips designed to help exhibitors
successfully "work" a trade show, including

Set-Up Information |
Exhibitors
will have access to the facility between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00
p.m. to set their booths and any other display needed for
the event.
Exhibitors must be set up by 3:00 p.m. to take adavantage of the Exhibitor reception located in the Community Room at the Freedom Center.
Exhibitors must be set up by 3:00 p.m. to be included in the "Best Booth" Contest. Award recepient will receive a certificate as well as a "Spotlight on Business" article in the Chamber's Newsletter, Inprint.

Payment |
To secure your exhibit space, payment must accompany
your registration form. You may pay online at our secure site when registering. If you do not wish to pay online,
call Kris Johnson at 703-368-6600, ext. 15 when you submit
the registration form. We must receive proof of payment
or check within seven (7) business days from the date of
registration. If we do not receive proof of payment or check
within seven (7) business days, we reserve the right to
re-sell the booth.

Cancellations |
You will be entitled to a refund of your registration
payment, minus a $25 processing fee, until October
6, 2006 . No refunds will be given on or after October
7, 2006.
