Brown
& Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants
Brown & Associates
is a unique CPA firm, which has been operating in the Manassas
area since 1989. It is typical for clients of the firm to say
that they “feel comfortable and confident” with founder
Karen Brown and her staff. While the firm prepares a significant
number of individual returns, most of the organization’s
clients are business owners who rely on the firm for accounting,
tax, payroll and management consulting services.
Located on the second floor of the SunTrust Bank Building on Sudley
Road, the company is large enough to provide its clients with
a comprehensive array of services, yet small enough to make each
client feel special. Specific information about the firm is available
on its website at www. cpa-brown.com.
Karen joined the Chamber during her first year in business and
has been actively involved in the community ever since. She served
as an officer and member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors,
and has taught accounting and business at both NOVA and Strayer
University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of
Didlake, Inc., and is a past member and Chair of the Manassas
Business Council. She is also a member of the Manassas Rotary
Club and an enthusiastic supporter of other local organizations.
The Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce
and its members have played a significant role in the growth and
success of Brown & Associates, CPAs, and the firm is thus
privileged to be a Cornerstone Contributor.

FedEx
Kinko's
In September 1970, recent college graduate Paul Orfalea opened
a small copy shop in California. He called his new business “Kinko’s”
- after the nickname he’d earned for his curly, reddish
hair. The idea quickly caught on.
Fast forward to December 1995, when the Manassas Kinko’s
opened in the Bull Run Center. The 7,400-square-foot location
has remained in the same spot for nearly a decade, but a lot has
changed. Kinko’s has adapted to meet customer needs. And
earlier this year, FedEx acquired the chain, resulting in a new
name and expanded services.
The Manassas FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Center offers
the industry’s broadest range of business services, including
convenient access to copying, printing and finishing, digital
photo services, signs and graphics and high-speed wireless and
wired Internet access.
Since the acquisition, the center has added professional packing
and shipping services and a variety of popular packing supplies.
“We are proud to be part of the Manassas community and provide
our neighbors with the wide variety of services FedEx Kinko’s
has to offer,” said Bryan Hopkins, center manager for FedEx
Kinko’s. “We have a great team here ready to deliver
the professional services our customers need and the quality they
expect.”
The Manassas FedEx Kinko’s is part of a digitally connected
network of more than 1,200 locations in 11 countries. The network
provides personal and business services to consumers, local market
businesses and large corporations.
Visit FedEx Kinko’s at 10756 Sudley Manor Drive. The center
is open 24/7.
