Speaker: Mary Stern, Performance Matters
Chamber office
Have you ever hired a person that didnt have what it takes to be successful in a job or wasnt a good "fit" in your organization or ended up being a liability for your organization? Is the process of conducting an interview uncomfortable for you? This seminar will address how to structure an interview with behavioral interviewing techniques. You will learn how to uncover and assess the true skill set and work ethic of a candidate and how to stay in control during the interview process. This is a great session for individuals who are new to conducting interviews or who are seeking a "better way" to conduct an interview. For those who interview frequently and want to remain effective, this session will be a great refresher.
