You
must plan your work, and then work your plan. A business plan allows you to set
goals and objectives. It should be a working document and reviewed on a
quarterly basis to determine if you are reaching your goals. This plan provides
the Chamber with a progress checklist. Every business needs a business plan; if
you dont have one, contact the Chamber office for a list of members who can
assist you.
